About shade sails?

Shade sails are attractive, functional sun and light-rain screens made from technical fabrics. We design and produce custom shade sails — from single terrace sails to multi-element shading systems for playgrounds, restaurant patios and public spaces. We use breathable HDPE fabrics and waterproof PVC fabrics.

Material

HDPE / PVC

UV protection

up to 95% blocked

Shapes

Triangle / rectangle / custom

Install

Permanent / seasonal

Key advantages

Custom design

We design every sail individually — choosing the shape, dimensions, tilt angles and anchor points to fit the specific space and wind conditions.

UV-resistant materials

We use HDPE and PVC fabrics with high UV resistance (up to 95% blocked). The materials don't fade and keep their properties for years.

Seasonal install

Sails can be installed permanently or seasonally. The fitting and tensioner system makes it easy to take them down for winter and re-install in spring.

Applications

Where we install shade sails

Restaurant and café terraces
Playgrounds and kindergartens
Home and garden terraces
Public spaces and parks
Relaxation areas and pools
Parking lots and building entrances

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom shade sail cost?
The price of a shade sail depends on the material, dimensions and installation method. An HDPE shade sail covering 15–25 m² typically costs from PLN 3,000 to 8,000 net, installation included. Multi-sail systems are quoted individually.
Which material is better for shade sails — HDPE or PVC?
HDPE is breathable and doesn't trap heat — ideal for terraces and playgrounds. PVC is waterproof and provides better rain protection — perfect for restaurant patios. We choose the material to fit the use case.
Do shade sails survive winter?
We recommend taking sails down for winter — this protects the fabric from snow loads and extends its life. The fitting and tensioner system makes seasonal install easy. On request we also build sails rated for year-round exposure.
How are shade sails fixed in place?
Sails are anchored to steel posts, building walls or existing structures using stainless-steel fittings and tensioners. Anchor points are designed individually, taking wind loads into account.
Do shade sails protect against rain?
PVC shade sails are waterproof and provide rain cover. HDPE sails let water through but block UV radiation effectively (up to 95%). When mounted at an angle, even HDPE sails shed most rainfall.
