About PVC fabrication and welding?

We offer PVC membrane fabrication, custom tarpaulin sewing and CNC plotter cutting of technical fabrics. PVC membranes are welded using high-frequency (HF) and hot-air methods; tarpaulins, covers and shrouds are sewn on industrial machines. The work is carried out by Abateks at its plant in Krostoszowice, in a production hall of over 1,200 m².

Frequently asked questions

What materials do you weld?
We weld PVC-coated fabrics (550–1300 g/m²), ETFE foils, PTFE-coated fabrics and other thermoplastic materials. We use HF (high-frequency) and hot-air welding, choosing the method to match the material.
Do you make custom PVC tarpaulins?
Yes. We sew and weld custom PVC tarpaulins — industrial covers, machine covers, warehouse tarps and transport tarpaulins. We add eyelets, keders, tensioning straps and other fixings.
What is the minimum order size?
We handle both single items (e.g. one custom tarpaulin) and production runs. There is no minimum order — every inquiry is quoted individually.
How does CNC cutting of technical fabrics work?
The CNC plotter cuts material automatically from CAD files. This delivers ±1 mm cutting accuracy, repeatable shapes and minimal waste. We cut materials up to 3.2 m wide.
Do you take fabrication orders for other companies?
Yes. Within the group, fabrication for other companies — manufacturers of tents, halls, signage and industrial components — is carried out by Abateks. We offer competitive pricing for ongoing partnerships.
