The membrane roofing project for the stage in Kwidzyn, completed in 2020, is a significant element of the city’s cultural infrastructure. It was designed by the plan3D Adrian Bogutczak studio, and the contractor was Abastran Sp. z o. o. The 65 m² roof has a rhombus shape in horizontal projection, which adds a modern character and aesthetics.
The SERGE FERRARI – FLEXLIGHT ADVANCED 902 – WHITE FLUORE BACKPVDF 8636S2 membrane was used to make the roof covering, known for its high resistance to weather conditions and UV, which guarantees its durability and color stability. The membrane was attached to the existing structure using steel ropes and tensioning screws, which ensures solid installation and flexibility of the structure in changing weather conditions.
The roof has been designed to be year-round, which enables the organization of events on stage regardless of the season. The maximum height of mounting the membrane to the structure is 8.40 m, which allows for a large space under the roof, ensuring comfort for both artists and the audience.
