About PVC fabrication and welding?

We offer professional PVC membrane fabrication, custom tarpaulin sewing and CNC plotter cutting of technical fabrics. We weld PVC membranes using high-frequency (HF) and hot-air methods. We sew PVC tarpaulins, covers and shrouds on industrial machines. Our facilities include modern machinery and a production hall over 1,200 m².

Jakie materiały zgrzewacie?
Zgrzewamy tkaniny PVC (550–1300 g/m²), folie ETFE, tkaniny PTFE oraz inne materiały termoplastyczne. Stosujemy technologie HF (wysokiej częstotliwości) i hot-air, dobierając metodę do rodzaju materiału.
Czy szyjecie plandeki na wymiar?
Tak. Szyjemy i zgrzewamy plandeki PVC na wymiar — plandeki przemysłowe, pokrycia maszyn, osłony magazynowe i plandeki transportowe. Wykonujemy oczka, kedery, pasy napinające i inne elementy mocujące.
Jaki jest minimalny rozmiar zamówienia?
Realizujemy zarówno pojedyncze elementy (np. jedna plandeka na wymiar), jak i serie produkcyjne. Nie ma minimalnego zamówienia — wyceniamy każde zapytanie indywidualnie.
Jak działa cięcie CNC materiałów tekstylnych?
Ploter CNC tnie materiał automatycznie na podstawie plików CAD. Zapewnia to precyzję cięcia do ±1 mm, powtarzalność kształtów i minimalizację odpadów. Tnijemy materiały o szerokości do 3,2 m.
Czy realizujecie zlecenia dla innych firm?
Tak. Znaczna część naszej produkcji to usługi konfekcyjne dla innych firm — producentów namiotów, hal, reklam i elementów przemysłowych. Oferujemy konkurencyjne ceny przy stałej współpracy.
