Skatepark Roof Concept in Piaseczno

For the needs of the skatepark a roof of approximately 1150 m² was designed, using a PVC membrane with a PVDF coating that provides weather resistance and easy maintenance. The arched load-bearing structure of the roof was to run along the axis of the square, which would naturally curve the membrane along the east–west axis, maximizing daylight access. The project also provides for additional lighting to be installed beneath the structure, allowing the skatepark to be used after dark as well.
