Praski Park in Warsaw

The band shell was renovated in the Warsaw Praga Park, near the ZOO. As part of the reconstruction, we prepared a design for a membrane roof over the auditorium.

The 2016 project to roof the band in Praski Park in Warsaw was part of a comprehensive renovation of this historic site. The innovative approach of the project combined functionality with modern design, creating an ideal space for organizing outdoor cultural events.

 

The project used Serge Ferrari Precontraint 1202 S2 material, known for its durability and weather resistance. The roof is designed in the form of five segments, the shape of which is reminiscent of sails. This is not only an aesthetic solution, but also an effective one, providing excellent protection from the sun and rain. The structure is based on a central post and three external posts and guy wires, which ensures its stability and safety. The maximum dimensions in the floor plan are 27.8 m x 26.1 m, and the highest point of the structure is 11 m.
