Location: Jawor

Material: SERGE FERRARI FRONTSIDE VIEW 381 – BLACK SLATE 3113

Scope: Comprehensive execution of staircase facade

As part of the investment titled “Construction of Engine Production Plant in Jawor,” which took place in the years 2019-2020, the company Abastran Sp. z o.o. undertook the task of executing the facade of the staircase. This facade constitutes a key architectural element of the new industrial facility, designed with modernity and functionality in mind.

The facade was realized using PVC mesh SERGE FERRARI FRONTSIDE VIEW 381 – BLACK SLATE 3113, valued for its aesthetic properties and durability. The mesh was installed on a specially designed aluminum structure, ensuring the durability and stability of the entire facade. This material not only enhances the external appearance of the building but also serves practical functions, such as protection against weather conditions and ensuring adequate air circulation.

The installation of the facade was carried out using modern technologies, allowing for precise fitting of the elements to the building structure. Each stage of the work was closely monitored to ensure the highest quality and compliance with the executive designs.

The staircase facade in the Engine Production Plant in Jawor has not only aesthetic but also practical significance. The use of PVC mesh SERGE FERRARI allows for efficient management of natural light inside the building, which is essential for the comfort of employees and energy savings. Additionally, this material contributes to increasing the thermal efficiency of the building, which is crucial in industrial facilities with large areas.

The staircase facade was designed to harmoniously blend with the industrial character of the region and architectural solutions used in modern industrial facilities. The dark color of the mesh elegantly contrasts with the light shades of the rest of the building, emphasizing the modern and dynamic character of the production plant.

This project serves as an example of how modern materials and technologies can be used to create functional, aesthetic, and energy-efficient solutions in the industry.
