Description
In 2015 we designed and built a membrane roof at Plac Górników in Jaworzno.
The structure — now referred to as “the stingray” — was erected in the cultural heart of Jaworzno, between the Jaworzno Planty, the sports and entertainment arena, and the shopping gallery. It was given a dynamic, streamlined form that matches the location, blending into its surroundings while introducing an interesting accent into the urban space.
Under the roof, clad in 680 m² of PVC membrane, an ice rink will be located in winter, and bicycle parking with support facilities in summer.
