Amphitheater Backstage Roof in Sosnowiec

In 2019, Abastran Sp. z o.o. completed a project to roof the backstage area of the amphitheater concert shell in Jacek Kuroń Park in Sosnowiec. The scope covered the preparation of execution and shop designs, which made it possible to match the structure precisely to the technical requirements and architectural character of the park. As a result, the roof blends harmoniously into the amphitheater’s cultural setting.

As part of the work, all necessary static calculations for the covering were also performed, confirming the safety of the solution and its compliance with technical requirements. The final stage included the delivery and installation of the membrane covering together with the fastening elements such as aluminum clamping strips and membrane connectors. The whole was executed with attention to detail, which translated into the durability and aesthetics of the structure.

The project has enhanced the functional and visual qualities of the facility while improving Sosnowiec’s cultural infrastructure, providing better conditions for organizing and enjoying outdoor events.
