Scope: Detailed design
In 2015, an innovative design of a membrane facade for Nestle Purina was implemented in Wroclaw. This project aimed not only at improving the aesthetic appearance of the building, but also at increasing its functionality through the use of modern materials and construction technologies.
The facade was designed in the form of a dynamic wave with concave and convex arches, giving the building a modern and unique look. The material used was Serge Ferrari PRECONTRAINT 902 S2, PVC, which is known for its high strength and weather resistance. The membrane is fastened and tensioned using specially developed aluminum profiles, which ensures its stability and durability. The distance between the masts is 6 to 12 meters, allowing large spans without the need for additional supports. The facade reaches a height of up to 12 meters and a length of almost 190 meters, a total of almost 2,000 m2.
